Privacy Policy
This policy covers the personal information this website handles, which is limited to what you type into the enquiry form. It states where that information goes, how long it is kept, and the rights the DPDP Act, 2023 gives you.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, published by Rajput Durga & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad.
The site has no login, no client area, and no comment facility. The single place it accepts personal information is the enquiry form on the contact page. Reading the site requires you to submit nothing.
What the enquiry form collects
Nothing else is gathered. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and builds no profile of your visit.
Send only what is needed to describe the question. Identification numbers, bank details, and documents are better exchanged after we have spoken and an engagement is in place.
How an enquiry reaches the firm
On submit, the form builds a message from the fields you filled in and hands it to your own email client — the default mail application on your device, whether that is a browser tab or a desktop program. Your client opens with the subject line and body already populated, and you send the message from your own account. The email arrives at info@carajputdurga.com in the ordinary way.
Nothing is transmitted through this website. The site does not post the fields to any server, does not call any third-party email service, and does not keep a copy of what you typed. If your device does not have an email client set up, the button will not do anything useful — write to info@carajputdurga.com directly in that case.
Because the email is sent from your own account, the reply address that reaches us is the one your mail client shows in its "From" line, which is typically the account you configured on your device.
What is kept, and for how long
The website stores nothing. No database sits behind the form: the fields never leave your device except as an email you send yourself from your own client.
Once the message arrives, it sits in the firm's mailbox. An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 24 months of the last exchange about it.
Where an engagement follows, the correspondence becomes part of the engagement record and is kept for the period that applicable law and ICAI requirements prescribe for records of that engagement.
Anything held by your own email provider — the account you send from — follows that provider's retention terms, which the firm does not control.
Rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
Write to info@carajputdurga.com to exercise any of these rights. Quote the email address you used on the form so the enquiry can be located. A response follows within 30 days of the request.
If the response does not settle the matter, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows you to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Fonts, links, and changes to this policy
Typefaces load from Google Fonts. Like any request for a file on another domain, that request tells Google your IP address and browser details. No advertising or tracking script runs on the site, and no other third-party asset is loaded.
Pages link out to icai.org and to government portals. Those sites carry their own privacy terms, which the firm does not control.
CA Rajput Durga answers privacy questions for the firm. Write to info@carajputdurga.com or call +91 95059 57903.
Any revision to this policy appears on this page, and the date beside the first heading above changes with it.
Ask about your information
To exercise any of the rights above, or to raise a concern about how an enquiry was handled, reach the firm directly.
